Mask Free Sweden Nears Zero Daily Covid Deaths

  • Sweden, a country that shunned lockdown, is approaching close to zero daily coronavirus deaths. The Sun newpaper in the UK reports quote "Unlike the rest of the world, Sweden followed an unorthodox approach of not going into full lockdown."
  • Sweden never mandated face masks at all and only suggested they be worn on public transport and has mow dropped any recommendation to wear one at all.
  • Mask free Sweden has close to zero COVID-19 deaths despite dire predictions to the contrary.

  • Americans will need masks indoors as U.S. heads for "dangerous fall" with surge in delta Covid cases. Lawrence Gostin, director of the World Health Organization's Collaborating Center on National and Global Health Law states "We are heading for a very dangerous fall, with large swaths of the country still unvaccinated, a surging delta variant and people taking off their masks."

Pfizer projects massive increase in profits of 59% on a doubling of revenues after strong sales of its COVID-19 Vaccine. ASSOCIATED Press today reports quote "... the COVID-19 vaccine became Pfizer's top seller, bringing in nearly half its revenue, $7.84 billion from direct sales and revenue split with its partner, Germany's BioNTech."

Pfizer says vaccine boosters are needed, U.S. federal health agencies scientists disagree. the U.S.Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued a joint statement by the FDA and Centers for Disease and Control and Prevention (CDC) saying, Americans who have been fully vaccinated do not need a booster shot at this time. Pfzier announced its COVID vaccine generated $3.5 billion in revenue in the first three months of this year. Pfizer expects Covid vaccine demand for years "...could bolster its revenues for years, the US drugs giant has said." Revenue from the treatment is expected to hit $26bn this year, accounting for more than one third of Pfizer's sales. Perhaps that is the reason for the push for a "topup" vaccination?
